Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees actually paid to Auditmatrixgrid for a confirmed programme. Informational prices on the fees page are not invoices. Consumer cooling-off rights under UK law may apply to distance contracts with individuals; companies buying seats are treated as business customers unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Timeframe

Request a full refund no later than 14 days after the confirmation email and before the first live session of Event Family Studio or the first day of a lab or review. After session one starts, the seat is considered delivered in part.

Full or partial refunds

Full refund: cancellation before the cutoff above, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a later date you accept. Partial refund: if we cancel remaining weeks after you have attended, we refund a pro-rata share of unused live sessions, rounded to the nearest half-day. No partial refund is due solely because you disliked a critique.

Non-refundable items

Completed Legacy Tracker Review packs, already-issued RFC markups, and time already held for an in-house week (once travel or a locked calendar was agreed) are not refundable. Catalogue Retainer months already begun are not refunded; unused future months stop after notice.

Process

Email hello@auditmatrixgrid.digital with the confirmation reference, names on the invoice, and whether you want a cancellation or a date change. We confirm in writing.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are sent within 14 working days to the original bank or card used for the invoice. We do not refund in cash or to a third-party account.

Cancellation

You may cancel a retainer with 30 days’ written notice. Studio seats cancelled after the cutoff may be transferred once to a later cohort in the same calendar year if space exists; that is a transfer, not a refund.

Exceptions

If illness or a bereavement prevents attendance, we will offer a transfer in the first instance. If a force majeure event stops us teaching, we refund unused fees. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first delay any goodwill transfer.
